We supply the tado\u00b0 equipment ourselves, and it is covered by the tado\u00b0 manufacturer warranty:<\/p><ul><li>24 months from the date of purchase, for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.<\/li><li>Within those 24 months you do not have to prove that the defect was already there on delivery.<\/li><li>tado\u00b0 first looks into it remotely and sometimes solves it with a software update. If that does not work, you get a new or equivalent refurbished device.<\/li><li>Not covered: misuse or your own modifications, lightning or power surges, moisture or leaks from the heating system, leaking batteries, cosmetic wear and a flow temperature above 85 \u00b0C.<\/li><\/ul><p>If a tado\u00b0-registered installer fits the system and there is a 5-year guarantee card in the package, a 5-year guarantee applies.
