How quickly can you install?
After agreement, we immediately schedule a start date. Small installations (such as a smart thermostat or charging station) can often be done within a few working days.
Larger projects, such as solar panels or complete home automation integrations, we coordinate with any other contractors or installers. In most cases, we start within 1-2 weeks. If more preparation is needed, we communicate this in advance.
Do you also work with existing installations?
Yes. We link new systems to existing installations and provide for the business market also maintenance and inspections on existing systems.
Are the systems expandable and future-proof?
Yes. Our solutions focus on a gas-free, energy-neutral future. Expansion can be done incrementally (e.g. adding charging stations, solar panels or additional home automation later). Note: at wired bus systems may later expand more operations questions. We prepare this smartly (empty pipes, spare zones, modular construction) and lay the scenarios and phasing fixed.
What happens if a malfunction occurs?
If the fault can be traced to our installation or a defective component, we will fix it free of charge on. If the cause is beyond our responsibility (e.g. WiFi/internet changes or third-party interventions), we will charge call-out and labour costs. Always after consultation Of course.
What guarantee do you offer?

Op geleverde apparatuur geldt daarnaast de fabrieksgarantie, die per product verschilt: bij sommige systemen is dat 2 jaar, bij andere oplopend tot 10 jaar of zelfs langer (zoals zonnepanelen). Welke garanties precies van toepassing zijn, bespreken we altijd vooraf in het adviestraject, zodat je weet waar je aan toe bent.

We deliberately choose solutions that meet European privacy and security standards (AVG). We work not with platforms that have a questionable privacy reputation have; We do not use the Tuya platform. Wherever possible, we deploy encrypted connections, local processing and strict access rights. Your data remains yours.
