How quickly can you install?
We always aim to install within 2 to 3 weeks of your approval. The exact timing depends on the installation and the delivery time of the materials. You will hear the date in advance.
Do you also work with existing installations?
Yes. Often we make what you already have smarter, such as tado° on your boiler or smart control of your solar panels. We first check whether your installation is suitable, usually based on your photos. You can also come to us for service and maintenance.
Can I expand later?
Usually yes, but it depends on the system. Tell us in your request what you might want to add later, such as a charging point, a home battery or more home automation. We will then take that into account in our advice.
What happens if a malfunction occurs?
Get in touch via 030 207 2509, WhatsApp or contact@bluefeed.nl. If it falls under our installation warranty, we fix it free of charge. If the cause lies elsewhere (for example a new wifi router or work by someone else), you will hear the cost beforehand.
What warranty do you offer?
On our installation work we give a 12-month warranty: a defect caused by an installation error on our part is fixed free of charge. For equipment we supply, you can come to us for the statutory guarantee; any manufacturer's warranty comes on top of that, and the terms vary by brand and product. Your statutory rights always apply.
