We look at your home, your consumption and your plans and tell you what makes sense, in which order and roughly what it costs. If you accept a quote, we take care of the work.
Three ways to start
Choose what suits you. Whatever you already know or have, we take into account.
1. Take a check, free
Answer a few questions and see whether it suits your home: the home battery check, the infrared check or the underfloor heating check. Using your answers and photos we assess whether we can quote without a visit.
2. Advice visit at home
Eén uur bij je thuis: we bekijken je installatie, meterkast, isolatie en verbruik en adviseren mondeling wat past. Daarna krijg je een offerte voor wat je wilt laten doen. €139,15 incl. btw plus voorrijkosten; bij akkoord op de offerte verrekenen we één werkuur.
3. Energy plan on paper
Het adviesbezoek plus een plan op papier: je verbruik, de maatregelen in volgorde en per maatregel een schatting van kosten en besparing, geen garantie. Komt een maatregel in aanmerking voor ISDE-subsidie, dan verzorgen wij de aanvraag. Prijs: het adviesbezoek, de voorrijkosten en de uren om je plan uit te werken. In onze bevestiging staan vooraf het aantal uren en de totaalprijs.

Price up front
Het adviesbezoek kost €139,15 incl. btw plus voorrijkosten. Voor een energieplan noemen we vooraf het aantal uren en de totaalprijs. Uitvoering doen we altijd op een offerte die je vooraf ziet.
Deducted when we do the work
If you let us do the work, we deduct one working hour from the invoice.

Energy label and rental points
Voor verkoop of verhuur regelen we een officieel geregistreerd energielabel via een partner, met een vaste prijs per woningtype die je vooraf hoort. Verhuurders helpen we ook met de huurpuntentelling.
Subsidy
If a measure qualifies for the ISDE subsidy, we handle the application with RVO. That is part of the energy plan; RVO decides on the award.

What does an advice visit cost?
€139,15 incl. btw voor één uur bij je thuis, plus voorrijkosten vanaf Utrecht: tot en met 20 km €48,40, meer dan 20 tot en met 70 km €108,90 (incl. btw). Ga je akkoord met onze offerte, dan verrekenen we één werkuur.
What do I get with the energy plan?
A document with your consumption, the measures in order and, per measure, an estimate of cost and savings. If a measure qualifies for the ISDE subsidy, we handle the application.
Is the advice visit deducted?
Yes, one working hour. If you accept our quote for the work, we deduct it from the invoice.
Do I have to buy from you afterwards?
No. The advice is yours; you decide what to do with it.
How quickly do I get an energy label?
After the visit at home it usually takes a few working days. The label is officially registered and can then be found on energielabelvoorwoningen.nl.
What does an energy label cost?
That depends on the type of home and its size. You hear the price in advance, before anyone visits.
Can I get a subsidy?
We find that out for you in the energy plan. If a measure qualifies for the ISDE, we handle the application with RVO. RVO decides on the award.
Who carries out the work?
We do, or regular partners under our supervision. From advice to handover you have one point of contact.
